A friend of mine, Dan Shumway, is implementing an idea he had about instituting a system of “representational direct democracy” in Montana. He has built a website and is running for the US Senate seat just vacated by Steve Daines who, in my opinion, saw the writing on the wall (destruction of the American Empire) and quit while he was ahead.
Anyway, Dapper Dan who prefers to be called Delegate Dan, along with some professionally expert IT assistance, has created an app to allow any registered voter in Montana to express his/her opinion on any bill up for consideration before the Senate. Dan is promising to explicitly and firmly adhere to the majority wish of the voters, regardless what that is, and whether it is in line with his own beliefs, opinion, and preference. The majority rules, no matter what! Lobbyists and special interests lose, no matter what.

In addition, Dan is developing a local digital radio station dedicated to the idea of free dissemination of information, i.e., freedom of speech.
Dan Shumway is a solid, genuinely caring person who is trying to improve his society, not to make himself rich. His regular job is one which most people would recoil or sneer at–cleaning small ponds from algae, slime, and unwanted growth, which people with money are willing to pay for. He sees this political endeavor as one which would replace a verifiably proven corrupt system, controlled by powerful, wealthy oligarchs, with one in which the common, average, everyday citizen has a voice in the administration of the government.
I don’t always agree with Dan on his political views, but he is my friend and is putting his time and resources where his mouth is. Because of those commitments and sacrifices, I support his efforts in this endeavor.

VERY DANGEROUS!
A majority of an elite minority or of a public majority are both alike dangerous. That according to Jesus Christ in Matthew 7:13-14, the majority of whom are in the broad way leading to destruction.
This is true either way because both result in humanistic government of, by, and for the people, based upon capricious man-made traditions. This, juxtaposed with government of, by, and for God, expressly established upon His immutable/unchanging triune moral law (the Ten Commandments and their respective statutes and civil judgments*), exclusively governed by biblically qualified men of God.
