A Good Omen for 2022

One year ago, I wrote about the efforts of Anthony “The Science” Fauci who was trying to destroy Christmas despite clear evidence that Covid-19 (The Disease) was NOT the existential threat that he and others were trying to make it out to be. In this article, I advised him to either follow the example of the Grinch who repented of his sins and made amends OR to follow his co-worker, Deborah Birx, into self-imposed exile by retiring, going home, and shutting up.

Unfortunately, he has not bothered to listen to me and is still screeching like Chicken Little about the end of the world, going so far as to suggest that Christmas might be cancelled if flare-ups occur. Perhaps we ought to force our families and friends to test negative before we let them into our houses to celebrate with us and refuse them entry if they test positive. Fortunately, much of the world has just tuned him out and Christmas 2021 came after all.

The man’s credibility is thoroughly shot. Will someone please direct him to Exeunt, Stage Left?

It appears that the “mass formation” (See also here and here) is giving way. Zero Hedge notes that champagne sales are through the roof. Apparently, the general public is ready to put this scare behind them and get on with life as they once knew it. All this despite the emergence of Omicron, a far more transmittable and far less lethal variant of Covd, the world’s latest four-letter word. Omicron might even be the segue into reducing this panic pandemic into an endemic on par with the seasonal flu, a potential danger we are aware of and simply live with.

At any rate, enjoy the holidays in high style with those you love and associate with. Pop the bubbly if you can find a bottle. Due to supply chain disruptions brought on by labor shortages which were brought on by industry shutdowns which were brought on…well, you know. It may be a little difficult to find what you want.

The Mouth of the Beast

Whether you believe that we are living in the “last days” as so many Christians do or that we are not (as I do), I find it difficult to discount the irony of what is detailed below. On the other hand, there might be absolutely nothing to it and it is all purely coincidence.

Words that start with the letters fa: false, fascist, fallacy, farce, faux, fake, faulty, fabricated, factitious, facile, faithless, fart, fantasy, etc.

And Fauci.

Fauci is an Italian word which is commonly interpreted in English as ‘jaws, mouth, or maw’. It is often used in the sense of a carnivore or a predator capturing, tearing, or destroying its prey, i.e., the mouth of a lion. The term, ‘the jaws of death’ is from the Italian, ‘le fauci della morte’.

It’s interesting that one of the most famous men in the world today is Anthony Fauci, who is the spokesman for the medical/pharmaceutical/state collaboration on the Covid-19 episode. Fauci, the mouthpiece of the elite establishment. Fauci, the jaws of the group which is seeking to force all common people into wearing face masks, muting and muzzling their own voices. Fauci, the maw of the organization which is trying to destroy and devour all others.

Fauci, who speaks for the beast.

Is this a coincidence? Is it a coincidence that the one villain James Bond was never able to defeat was also named Jaws?

Does God have a sense of humor? See Psalms 2: 4 for corroboration. While you’re there, read the whole doggone chapter and relate it to the time we are living in. My guess is that God is done laughing.

The Corona Thing: Wierder and Wierder

This whole corona thing is coming unglued.

First item—Donald Trump is now urging everyone to wear a mask. See here for details.

“We are asking everybody, when you are not able to socially distance, wear a mask,” Trump said. “Whether you like the mask or not, they have an impact.”

In addition to this bomb, Anthony Fauci was not invited to the latest press conference. How strange is that? Is he being sidelined or moved out? One can only hope.

Next, apparently the DHS (Dept. of Homeland Security) is having nightmares about all this face mask hysteria. It’s not good for digital facial recognition, which anybody with common sense would have realized a long time ago. Yeah, it used to be that only robbers of banks and convenience stores wore masks to cover their faces. The DHS, however, is a bloated bureaucracy and is just now starting to understand that things might be getting out of hand.

“As the general public in the United States argues about whether or not we should be wearing masks to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, law enforcement officials are concerned that facial recognition software could be thwarted, and possibly even broken by people wearing masks.”

Well, duh! Did you get that? Facial recognition software could be thwarted and possibly even broken by people wearing masks. Doggone, I may have to change my stance and start wearing a face mask. Anything which slows down or derails the growth of State Security (Stasi) is something I can support and may even participate in.

The really interesting question now, though, is what will all the Trump supporters do. Will they start wearing face masks because the Donald said they should or will they continue to pooh-pooh the issue? Will they now view him as a traitor to the cause?

Even more interesting is what the TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) victims will do. Will they automatically reverse their position and abandon the device? After all, the mantra for the last 3-1/2 years has been to “Resist!” It seems logical that the Left would ditch the mask now that Trump has come out of the closet in favor of it.

Miracles do happen, but this one seems like a stretch to me. More than likely, the Right will simply say he’s been bought off and compromised, while the Left will say that he’s finally seen the light and will push even harder.

“May you live in interesting times” is the ancient Chinese blessing curse. The time we live in has just taken a more lively turn.

Keep your head. Maintain your peace. Ride it out.
